    A We are a manufacturer and also a direct seller for China and international markets.
    We have our own independent R&D team, production team and sales team. We can provide OEM and ODM services.



  • Q Do you have any stocks?

    A Yes, we will keep enough stock for small orders lower than 20pcs.

  • Q How is your delivery days?

    A Depends on which parameter sensors you ordered, if with stock, within 7-10 days;
    If no stock, delivery date will be around 15-25 days.

  • Q How is after-sale service?

    A We are committed to providing reliable and comprehensive after-sales support to ensure your complete satisfaction.
     
    Our services include:
    • Warranty:  A 1-year limited warranty on all water sensors (except ISE sensors 6 months).
    • Technical Support: Free technical assistance via [email/phone/live chat] during 9 AM - 6 PM GMT.
    • Repairs & Returns: Streamlined process for warranty claims and repairs. Most common issues are diagnosed remotely.
    • Online Resources: Access to Support Page for self-help.

  • Q How is your product warranty?

    A All products are guaranteed for 12 months, except for some accessories which will describe guarantee time clearly.
    ISE sensors guarantee time is 6 months, these items service time is 6 months.
